I led billion-dollar brands for twelve years, carried the P&Ls and the forecasts that came with them, and deployed hundreds of millions in digital ad spend alongside the best agencies in the business. At Procter & Gamble that work earned the CMO's Lifetime Achievement Award. Now I am founder and CEO of Synapsa, where my team has deployed 500+ fully autonomous AI agents that have generated $100M+ in qualified pipeline. I am a named U.S. inventor on a patent for autonomous AI agents, a corner of tech where, by every measure USPTO and WIPO track, women inventors are still the exception, not the rule. I was selected for Reid Hoffman's Masters of Scale Founder Cohort.
The Multiplier exists because of a problem I had to solve for myself. I needed a small team to produce like a large one, on a calendar that never let up. The tools on the market made things faster; none of them made my companies think better. So I built the system: one place that holds the strategy, the voice, the design, and the playbooks, and puts a team of AI agents to work inside it. It runs the marketing at Synapsa, my AI go-to-market company. I am building my own AI-native go-to-market motion, and publishing it so other operator-leaders can run the same one.
Everything published here comes out of that working system. The playbooks are the ones we run. The receipts are real. And the invitation is standing: come build with me.
