Episodes, playbooks and the manifesto: how we think about multiplying people with AI systems.

The systems behind the work, and the thinking that built them. Start with the episodes.

The manifesto

Why this exists

The world is drowning in AI noise. Spam that pisses off buyers. Tools that confuse internal teams and create more work than they save. Hours spent clicking, copying, pasting, convinced we are doing something because we sent 1,000 emails. We started measuring activity instead of impact.

AI is not a shortcut. It is the hard button, galvanized. Not six hours in a SaaS getting what you always knew you would get. Six hours crafting AI that produces something you never knew was possible, because it multiplies the principles and practices you already know work.

Do it right and the barrier between your craft and your ability to deploy it disappears.

You should end your day feeling like you tuned every gear by hand. And when you let it fly, you should be shocked. In awe. Proud of what you built.

This one is for the operators. Not the interns, not the CEOs. The ones in the middle who are measured by real results. This is not AI as a tool, or a hobby. It is a way to multiply your human awesomeness.
